Check the connection and ensure proper setup. If the HVE adapter is not fitting snug in the HVE valve the o-rings of the HVE should be inspected and possibly replaced. If any issues persist, Contact us for assistance.

If the adaptor feels loose when connected to your HVE, it's likely that the O-ring inside the HVE is worn out or missing. We recommend replacing the O-ring to ensure a secure and proper fit. A fresh O-ring helps maintain a tight seal and optimal performance of the ReLeaf system.

If a patient reports sensitivity during use, you can gently roll and apply a piece of gauze over the sensitive teeth to create a protective barrier. Additionally, you can slightly close down the HVE valve to reduce suction intensity, which can also help minimize discomfort while still maintaining effective isolation.
